Lee Bloom, Vice President

As Vice President of Development for Abbott, Lee is a member of the acquisition team and oversees the entitlement process for all projects.

Lee has over 25 years experience in property management and real estate development. In addition to significant residential development experience, Lee spent 10 years developing senior housing throughout the Northeast. Before joining Abbott, Lee served as Project Director for Corcoran Jennison Companies responsible for Crosstown Center, a mixed-use development including hotel, office, retail and structured parking in Boston.

Prior to Corcoran Jennison Companies, Lee's experience includes Vice President of Development for Carematrix and Mediplex; a Boston based senior housing and nursing home operator/developer as well as over 10 years of residential property management.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
