The Residences at Union Place |
The Residences at Union Place is a proposed 300-unit luxury apartment home community conveniently located at the intersection of routes I-495 and 140. Zoning and Conservation approvals have been obtained from the Town of Franklin. The development will include 12 buildings plus a clubhouse, with surface and garage parking available. Construction is currently estimated to commence in the Summer of 2004 and to be completed by the Summer of 2006.
