Mr. Wong has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to his current position as President of Abbott Holdings, LLC, Mr. Wong served as Chief Operating Officer at Abbott, with responsibility for day-to-day operations of Abbott Holdings, LLC.

He has held investment positions with major financial institutions such as John Hancock Financial Services and Liberty Mutual Insurance. His diverse background includes acquisitions, development and finance. Prior to joining Abbott, Mr. Wong was Vice President, Acquisitions at MMA Financial (MuniMae) and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments. He was responsible for investing in apartment developments that qualified for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Institutional investors included Fannie Mae, Household Finance and Bank of America.

Mr. Wong also served as Managing Director of First Partners, Inc. where he was responsible for investment operations including private placements, real estate acquisitions, compliance, portfolio and asset management activities. He has extensive experience structuring investment vehicles for the development of multifamily housing. While at First Partners, Mr. Wong secured equity capital investments with equity valued in excess $300 million. Institutional clients included Freddie Mac, Chrysler Capital and Cox Communications.

Mr. Wong holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Boston University, a Bachelor of Architecture degree and Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.
